Call for Vendors: Waikoloa Music & Cultural Festival – Be Part of the Celebration!

The Waikoloa Music & Cultural Festival is happening this Father’s Day weekend—June 14 & 15, 2025—and we’re inviting vendors to join us for two unforgettable days of live Hawaiian music, ʻono food, and vibrant cultural experiences in Waikoloa!

The festival will feature performances by over 30 incredible traditional and contemporary artists including: Hālau O Kekuhi, Hālau Manaola, Nā Palapalai, Hoʻokena, Hoʻaikāne, Manaʻo Company, Kainani Kahaunaele, Nuff Sedd, Malino, The Lim Family,  Raiatea Helm, Kaʻikena Scanlan, Ledward Kaʻapana, Robi Kahakalau, Darlene Ahuna and many more.

At the heart of the festival is a celebration of Hawaiʻi’s people, traditions, and talent—and our vendor marketplace plays a key role in sharing that spirit with the community. We’re seeking food vendors, artists, crafters, cultural practitioners, and local businesses to help make this event truly special.
