Waitlist Applications are now open for Nā Hale Makoa, a new housing development in Waikōloa Village.

The application period runs through November 17, 2025.

30 units are reserved for Project-Based Voucher (PBV) households earning up to 60% of AMI, with rental assistance provided by the County of Hawaiʻi OHCD and HUD.
