This weekend’s upcoming Southwest Airlines Big Island Invitational has been moved on campus to the University of Hawai’i at Hilo’s Vulcan Gymnasium.

During the invitational, the Vulcans will match up against Cal State Dominguez Hills (2024-25 NCAA Division II National Championship runner-up) on Saturday and Cal Poly Pomona on Sunday, both scheduled for a 2 p.m. tip-off. Fans are encouraged to wear red for Sunday’s game against the Broncos — the first 200 attending fans will receive a free T-shirt.
