Hawai‘i Island police are requesting public assistance in locating 46-year-old Justin Harmon of Kailua-Kona who was reported missing.

He was last seen on Monday, Dec. 1, 2025, at 6:55 p.m. on the 75-5700 block of Alahou Street in Kailua-Kona wearing a black t-shirt, dark colored pants, and carrying a black backpack. 

 Harmon, who is considered endangered as he may possibly be in need of medication,is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 220 pounds, with short blonde hair and blue eyes. 

Police are asking anyone with any information regarding Harmon’s whereabouts to contact the Hawai‘i Police Department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
