Hawai‘i Island police detectives are renewing their request for public assistance regarding the unsolved 1987 murder of Lynn Ebisuzaki in Hilo.

Ebisuzaki was reported missing on May 1, 1987, and later found deceased from a stab wound. Detectives previously received reports of an unidentified man seen arguing with her before her death, and a composite sketch was created.

Police ask anyone who may be able to identify the man in the sketch of who may have information about this incident to contact Detective Sybastian Keltner of the Area I Criminal Investigation Section at (808) 961-2326 or via email at Sybastian.Keltner@hawaiipolice.gov.
