Vibrant Hawaiʻi has launched a Request for Assistance (RFA) form to help residents report storm-related needs and connect with available support.

The online form provides a centralized way for individuals and families experiencing impacts from the storm to share information about their situation. Submissions will help Vibrant Hawaiʻi – along with business, nonprofit and government partners better understand urgent needs in order to coordinate with local partners, service providers, and response agencies to identify potential resources and assistance.

Residents needing assistance to recover from storm-related impacts can complete the form at: bit.ly/vh-rfa

Community organizations interested in coordinating response efforts or assisting with recovery are encouraged to connect with Vibrant Hawaiʻi at contact@vibranthawaii.org.

To make a donation to support recovery efforts, go to vibranthawaii.org/donation.

More information and updates are available at vibranthawaii.org.
