Oahu shopping centers closing

Ala Moana Shopping Center on O’ahu, the state’s largest shopping mall, announced it will shut down as of 4:30 p.m. today, Monday, Mar. 23.   Restaurants and stores that offer take-out food may remain open, but food courts will be closed, and nobody can eat at tables in the mall.

Pearlridge Shopping Center on O’ahu closed its doors today at 11 a.m.,  with the exception of food establishments offering takeout.

Royal Hawaiian Center on O’ahu will also close today, with the exception of food establishments offering takeout.  The ABC Store will be open daily from 7 a.m. until 11:30 p.m.

Prince Kuhio Mall, the Big Island’s only under-roof shopping mall, previously announced it would be open daily noon til 7 p.m. and Sundays noon til 6 p.m.
