U.S. COVID cases rise by 22K, total >2 million

The Johns Hopkins COVID-19 Dashboard for Friday morning, June 12, at 7:33 a.m.:

Worldwide cases: 7,570,801    Worldwide deaths:  422,981

U.S. cases: 2,031,173    U.S. deaths: 114,065

According to the Dashboard, the United States has added 22,268 cases in the last 24 hours, and deaths attributed to COVID-19 have increased by 856.   The case count is higher than the last 14 day average, but the death count is slightly lower.  Worldwide, deaths increased by 4,929.
