As of Saturday morning at 8:15 a.m., Hawaii County Civil Defense Agency team on duty said no decision has been made as to which hurricane shelters might be opened, nor when.  There is a morning briefing that should start around 8:30 a.m. and after that, the County will advise the decision on shelters.
