Hawaiʻi Island Police Searching for Female Escapee

Hawai‘i Island Police are requesting help in locating 24-year-old woman named Keia Armstong who escaped from police custody on Monday, February 15, 2021, at approximately 11:45 a.m.

A press release from the Hawaiʻi Police Department describes Armstrong as a Caucasian female, 5’-1”-inches tall, 110 pounds, with long blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen in the Pahoa area wearing a light blue athletic sports top, black leggings and bare feet.

Police ask anyone who sees Armstrong or knows of her whereabouts to call 911.
