DOH Reports 72 New COVID-19 Cases Statewide

The State Department of Health reports 72 new cases of coronavirus and 2 deaths.  This report includes cases up until Monday, April 12, 2021 at 11:30 a.m.  Full data is posted on the State COVID-19 dashboard and on the DOH Disease Outbreak & Control Division website: hawaiicovid19.com/dashboard.

 

 

 

STATEWIDE COVID-19 COUNTS

Total Cases  30,980

New Cases: 72

Deaths: 473

Current Hospitalizations: 41

Total Hospitalizations: 2,393

Average Daily Cases: 86

Positivity Rate: 1.6%

Fatality Rate: 1.5%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 1255

 

The Department of Health reports 15 new cases of Coronavirus with no deaths reported on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

HAWAIʻI ISLAND COVID-19  COUNTS:

Total Cases: 2,604

New Cases: 15

Deaths: 53

Current Hospitalizations: 5

Total Hospitalizations: 125

Average Daily Cases: 8

Positivity Rate: 1.4%

Fatality Rate: 2%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 124
