The Hilo Community Players are looking for actors and dancers to participate in their presentation of “Romeo and Juliet” as part of the 44th annual Shakespeare in the Park Festival. The show will be directed by Theon Weber and choreographed by Nadia Schlosser.
Two audition dates have been set for Wednesday, May 5, and Saturday, May 8 at the East Hawai‘i Cultural Center in Hilo. The audition schedule is below:

7pm Actors
Saturday, May 8, 2021
11am Dancers
12pm Actors
Roles are available for those ages 12 years and up. Candidates can attend both audition dates, however only one day is required. Participants can audition for actor, dancer or both. Scenes to read will be provided.
Masks and social distancing will be enforced.
