Beginning September 7, 2021 individuals receiving unemployment benefits  will be able to meet in person with staff  to discuss any pressing issues at Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DLIR) offices across the state. Staff will handle walk-in claimants in the mornings and scheduled appointments in the afternoons.

DLIR will continue its call center but discontinue Zoom and phone appointments once the offices are open.  Individuals will be able to make  in-person appointments three weeks prior to Sept. 7 through a system that is currently in the development process.
