September PTA Training and Hunting Schedule Announced

Pohakuloa Training Center

During the month of September, training will increase and involve military units from Oʻahu (Army and Marines) conducting live-fire training, to include small arms, mortar and artillery fire, drone operations and aerial gunnery with helicopters.  Additionally, a single U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules aircraft will conduct “touch-n-go” training on Bradshaw Army Air Field on Monday September 6, 2021 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Currently there are no scheduled convoys, however, once vehicle movements are known, an update will be sent to the community.

Hunting for the month of September includes the following dates:

· September 12, 2021 Ewe Only Non-Lottery Ahi Hunting Unit

· September 18-19, 2021 Open Lottery Location to be Determined

· September 25-26, 2021 Open Lottery Location to be Determined
