134 New Statewide COVID Cases Reported

The State Department of Health reports 134 new cases of coronavirus with 3 new COVID-19 related deaths.  The following data includes confirmed and probable cases up until Wednesday, October 20, 2021.  Full data is posted on the State COVID-19 dashboard and on the DOH Disease Outbreak & Control Division website: hawaiicovid19.com/dashboard.

 

 

 

 

STATEWIDE COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases  83,020

New Cases: 134

Deaths: 883

Daily Case Average: 114

Current Hospitalizations: 75

Positivity Rate: 1.8%

Fatality Rate: 1.1%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 1728

 

The DOH reports 34 new cases of coronavirus with no new COVID-19 related deaths on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

HAWAIʻI ISLAND COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases: 10,802

New Cases: 34

Deaths: 112

Daily Case Average: 25

Current Hospitalizations: 7

Positivity Rate: 3.6%

Fatality Rate: 1%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 390

 

Kauaʻi

New COVID Cases: 6

Total COVID Case Count: 2514

 

Maui

New COVID Cases: 8

Total COVID Case Count: 9802

 

Oʻahu

New COVID Cases: 70

Total COVID Case Count: 57,281
