(AP) — Honolulu’s mayor says starting next week, the city will allow outdoor and indoor entertainment venues to operate at a full capacity with vaccinated attendees. The mayor says the city will still keep public safety and public health at top of mind as it adopts a new round of looser coronavirus restrictions. Patrons will have to wear masks. No food and only water will be allowed. The change takes effect on Nov. 3, in time for the next University of Hawaii football home game a few days later when the Warriors host San Jose State.
