The County of Hawai‘i Department of Environmental Management, Solid Waste Division, announced the calibration of its Hilo Scale on Friday, December 24, 2021. from approximately 8am to Noon.

During this time, facility users should expect delays or make alternate plans for disposal as work will happen intermittently.
