2380 New COVID-19 Cases Reported Statewide

The State Department of Health reports 2380 new cases of coronavirus with 10 new COVID-19 related deaths.  The following data includes confirmed and probable cases up until Tuesday, January 25, 2022.  Full data is posted on the State COVID-19 dashboard and on the DOH Disease Outbreak & Control Division website: hawaiicovid19.com/dashboard.

 

 

 

 

STATEWIDE COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases  211,267

New Cases: 2380

Deaths: 1,159

Daily Case Average: 2790

Current Hospitalizations: 371

Fatality Rate: .5%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 50,950

 

The DOH reports 375 new cases of coronavirus with 2 new COVID-19 related deaths on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

HAWAIʻI ISLAND COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases: 22,388

New Cases: 375

Deaths: 163

Daily Case Average: 307

Current Hospitalizations: 42

Fatality Rate: .7%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 5386

 

Kauaʻi

New COVID Cases: 161

Total COVID Case Count: 9069

 

Maui

New COVID Cases: 360

Total COVID Case Count: 26,318

 

Oʻahu

New COVID Cases: 1424

Total COVID Case Count: 148,630
