Pu‘uhonua o Hōnaunau National Historic Park is currently accepting applications for its summer 2022 Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) employment program.

The 6 week program allows YCC employees to participate in park-wide conservation and preservation related projects in all park divisions. This year’s program, which takes places Monday-Friday and pays an hourly rate of $10.10, will run from June 13 – July 22.  Enrollees must be at least 15 years of age and not reached the age of 19.

The deadline for applications, which can be obtained at the park, is June 3.
