In the last week, the State Department of Health reported 8033 new cases of coronavirus with 8 new COVID-19 related deaths statewide.  The following data includes confirmed and probable cases up until Wednesday, June 8, 2022.  Full data is posted on the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health Disease Outbreak Control Division.

 

 

Statewide COVID-19 Counts:

New Cases: 8,033

Total Cases 290,562

New Fatalities: 8

Total Fatalities: 1,465

Daily Case Average: 1085

Positivity Rate: 19.2%

Vaccination Rate: 77.7%

 

In the last week, the DOH reports 841 new cases of coronavirus on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

Hawaiʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 841

Total Cases: 32,184

Daily Case Average: 114

Positivity Rate: 13.1%

Vaccination Rate: 69%

 

Maui County Counts:

New COVID Cases: 849

Total COVID Cases: 33,269

 

Kauaʻi County Counts:

New COVID Cases: 435

Total COVID Cases: 14,705

 

Honolulu County Counts:

New COVID Cases: 5794

Total COVID Cases: 201,572
