Kalanianaole Avenue Paving Work Begins Tonight

Due to nighttime pavement resurfacing and reconstruction project work, a single lane closure of Kalanianaole Avenue, between Kamehameha Avenue and Kauhane Avenue will begin tonight at 9pm.

The project, which will consist of of adjusting manholes, cold planing, resurfacing and reconstruction of existing pavement,  is scheduled to take place Monday – Thursday nights (excluding Fridays, weekends and holidays) between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.  It is estimated to conclude on August 3, 2022, weather permitting.

Motorists are advised to obey traffic and construction signage and expect delays through the work zone.
