Kona Woman Sought in Custodial Interference Investigation

Hawai’i Island police are asking the public to help them locate Tara Lasham who is wanted on an outstanding warrant and questioning relative to a custodial interference investigation.

Lasham may be in the company of her five-year-old daughter Solenne Grimes.  Both were last seen in Ocean View on Wednesday, July 27, 2022.

Lasham is described as 5 feet 9 inches in height and weighing 130 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair. She is known to frequent both north and south Kona.

Solenne Grimes is described as 3 feet 5 inches in height and weighing 35 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair.

Police ask anyone with information on the whereabouts of Tara Lasham or Solenne Grimes to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or contact Officer Jeremiah Hull by phone at (808) 326-4646, Ext. 302, or via email at Jeremiah.Hull@hawaiicounty.gov
