Weekly COVID-19 Update

In the last week, the State Department of Health reported 349 cases of coronavirus with 3 new COVID-19 related deaths statewide. The following data includes confirmed cases up until Wednesday, June 14, 2023. Due to a data processing issue, this week’s update is an undercount. Full data is posted on the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health Disease Outbreak Control Division.

 

 

Statewide COVID-19 Counts:

New Cases: 349

Total Cases: 390,694

New Fatalities: 3

Total Fatalities: 1,918

Daily Case Average: 82

Positivity Rate: 6.6%

 

In the last week, the DOH reports 76 new cases of coronavirus on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

Hawaiʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 76

Total Cases: 43,864

Daily Case Average: 12

Positivity Rate: 3.5%

 

Maui County Counts:

New Cases: 38

Total COVID Cases: 44,157

 

Kauaʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 19

Total COVID Cases: 19,744

 

Honolulu County Counts:

New Cases: 208

Total COVID Cases: 271,488
