In the last week, the State Department of Health reported 562 cases of coronavirus with 9 new COVID-19 related deaths statewide. The following data includes confirmed cases up until Wednesday, July 5, 2023. Full data is posted on the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health Disease Outbreak Control Division.

 

 

Statewide COVID-19 Counts:

New Cases: 562

Total Cases: 392,476

New Fatalities: 9

Total Fatalities: 1,947

Daily Case Average: 71

Positivity Rate: 8.4%

 

In the last week, the DOH reports 65 new cases of coronavirus on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

Hawaiʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 65

Total Cases: 44,086

Daily Case Average: 8

Positivity Rate: 5.4%

 

Maui County Counts:

New Cases: 48

Total COVID Cases: 44,322

 

Kauaʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 39

Total COVID Cases: 19,846

 

Honolulu County Counts:

New Cases: 406

Total COVID Cases: 272,741
