In the last week, the State Department of Health reported 826 cases of coronavirus with 5 new COVID-19 related deaths statewide. The following data includes confirmed cases up until Wednesday, August 2, 2023. Full data is posted on the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health Disease Outbreak Control Division.

 

 

Statewide COVID-19 Counts:

New Cases: 826

Total Cases: 395,277

New Fatalities: 5

Total Fatalities: 1,970

Daily Case Average: 115

 

In the last week, the DOH reports 112 new cases of coronavirus on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

Hawaiʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 112

Total Cases: 44,450

Daily Case Average: 15

 

Maui County Counts:

New Cases: 105

Total COVID Cases: 44,645

 

Kauaʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 49

Total COVID Cases: 20,033

 

Honolulu County Counts:

New Cases: 555

Total COVID Cases: 274,664
