In the last week, the State Department of Health reported 842 cases of coronavirus with 6 new COVID-19 related deaths statewide. The following data includes confirmed cases up until Wednesday, September 6, 2023. Full data is posted on the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health Disease Outbreak Control Division.

 

 

Statewide COVID-19 Counts:

New Cases: 842

Total Cases: 400,652

New Fatalities: 6

Total Fatalities: 2001

Daily Case Average: 129

Positivity Rate: 12%

 

In the last week, the DOH reports 81 new cases of coronavirus on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

Hawaiʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 81

Total Cases: 45,006

Daily Case Average: 12

Positivity Rate: 5.3%

 

Maui County Counts:

New Cases: 81

Total COVID Cases: 45,110

 

Kauaʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 47

Total COVID Cases: 20,406

 

Honolulu County Counts:

New Cases: 626

Total COVID Cases: 278,583
