In the last week, the State Department of Health reported 642 cases of coronavirus with 17 new COVID-19 related deaths statewide. The following data includes confirmed cases up until Wednesday, October 4, 2023. Full data is posted on the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health Disease Outbreak Control Division.

 

 

Statewide COVID-19 Counts:

New Cases: 642

Total Cases: 404,300

New Fatalities: 17

Total Fatalities: 2042

Daily Case Average: 93

Positivity Rate: 8.9%

 

In the last week, the DOH reports 87 new cases of coronavirus on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

Hawaiʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 87

Total Cases: 45,341

Daily Case Average: 11

Positivity Rate: 5.9%

 

Maui County Counts:

New Cases: 71

Total COVID Cases: 45,404

 

Kauaʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 44

Total COVID Cases: 20,708

 

Honolulu County Counts:

New Cases: 427

Total COVID Cases: 281,216
