Registration is now open for the Hawaiʻi County Department of Parks and Recreation’s 2023 Winter Intersession Programs.
The programs offer opportunities for keiki to engage in fun and enriching activities that promote physical fitness, creativity, and social interaction.

Pi‘ihonua Gym in Hilo

- Dates: Friday, December 22, 2023 – Friday, January 5, 2024
- Time: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Eligible Participants: 1st-6th grades
- Registration Fee: $45 per participant (limited to 60 participants)

Spencer Kalani Schutte District Park in Waimea

- Dates: Tuesday, December 26, 2023 – Friday, January 5, 2024
- Time: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Eligible Participants: Kindergarten through 6th grades
- Registration Fee: $45 per participant (limited to 20 participants)

Pāpa‘ikou Gym in North Hilo

- Time: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
- Registration Fee: $40 per participant (limited to 20 participants)

In observance of the holidays, programs will not be in session on Monday, December 25th, and Monday, January 1st.
