On Sunday, January 21, Hele-On will not operate any bus and paratransit services due to providing Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) training for all Hawaiʻi County Mass Transit Agency employees and contractors.  These annual trainings ensure compliance with the ADA and the requirements set forth by the US. Department of Justice.

Alternative transportation will be available via taxis, Lyft, or Uber.

Regular bus service will resume at 3:15 a.m. on Monday, January 22, 2024.
