Police Renew Request For Public Assistance Locating Missing Hilo Man

Hawai‘i Island Police are renewing their request for the public assistance in locating 24-year-old Vincent Souza of Hilo, who was reported missing.

Souza was last seen in the area of Kulana Street in Hilo on September 9, 2024, wearing a camouflage hoodie and black pants.

He is described as having a light brown complexion, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 140 pounds, with short brown hair and green eyes, and a medium length beard. Souza has tattoos on his left forearm and a left leg sleeve tattoo from his ankle to his knee.

Police ask anyone with information relative to this investigation to call the police department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311, or Detective Jeremy Kubojiri of the Area I Criminal Investigation Section at (808) 961-2378 or email jeremy.kubojiri@hawaiicounty.gov.
