During this time, the public should these important steps in case of an emergency:

• Try calling 911 first using Spectrum Voice 911.
• Try calling 911 using an alternate landline or cell phone.
• If you are still unable to get through, proceed to the nearest police station or fire station (listed below) for assistance.
