HI-5 Certified Redemption Centers at the County Recycling and Transfer Stations will reopen on Saturday, May 23, 2020.  Atlas Recycling reported the County informed them they would no longer be able to have their HI5 bins at the transfer stations at the same time they closed the green waste facilities.

Customers must wear a face mask and keep a 6-foot social distance from each other and facility employees.

The County’s website for the Department of Environmental Management is  www.hawaiizerowaste.org
